GROW. SERVE. LEAD.

Grow: Year 1

You will learn and grow in your knowledge and understanding of the Word of God by receiving tools to help you read, interpret, and retain scripture. Through discovering this process, you will subsequently grow in your knowledge of the nature of God. As your roots grow deep into the soil of the Bible, you will be sustained by its life-giving truth and you will gain supernatural understanding through the guidance of Holy Spirit. As part of your first year experience, you will encounter opportunities for personal deliverance and inner healing as you work towards growing in knowledge, walking in freedom, and focusing on wholeness in Christ Jesus.

“Blessed is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked or stand in the way that sinners take or sit in the company of mockers, 2 but whose delight is in the law of the LORD, and who meditates on his law day and night. 3 That person is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither—whatever they do prospers.”
Psalm 1:1-3

Serve: Year 2

As you grow in your understanding of who God is to you, you will begin to understand who you are in Him. During this second year, you will be on a journey of discovering your spiritual gifts. You will build on your knowledge of scripture and move from intentionally seeking revelation and understanding of The Word to serving with humility, all-while activating the gifts of the Spirit the Father have given you. You will move from following boldly to leading humbly.

“When he had finished washing their feet, he put on his clothes and returned to his place.

“Do you understand what I have done for you?” he asked them. 13 “You call me ‘Teacher’ and ‘Lord,’ and rightly so, for that is what I am. 14 Now that I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also should wash one another’s feet. 15 I have set you an example that you should do as I have done for you. 16 Very truly I tell you, no servant is greater than his master, nor is a messenger greater than the one who sent him. 17 Now that you know these things, you will be blessed if you do them.”
John 13:12-17

Lead: Year 3

After growing in your knowledge of the Bible and the Lord for two years and you’ve spent time serving The Body of Christ, as well as the world around you, you may sense that there is a “Call of God” on your life to step into part-time, bi-vocational, or full-time ministry. The third year is an opportunity for those that want to take the next step into answering that “call’ into ministry. As you answer this call, you will learn what it means to tap into the spiritual gifts He has given you and what it looks like to function in your role as an Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor, or Teacher. The third year involves working alongside other ministers as you move from being discipled to making disciples.

“Now these are the gifts Christ gave to the church: the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, and the pastors and teachers. 12 Their responsibility is to equip God’s people to do his work and build up the church, the body of Christ. 13 This will continue until we all come to such unity in our faith and knowledge of God’s Son that we will be mature in the Lord, measuring up to the full and complete standard of Christ.”
Ephesians 4:10-13
